Central TET Qualifying Marks – Cut-off Marks

The Central Board of School Education sets the qualifying marks for the CTET exam. For general categories, CTET qualifying marks are kept at 60%. Whereas for reserved categories it is 55%. School management (Government, local bodies, government aided and unaided) may consider giving concessions to persons belonging to SC/ST, OBC, differently abled persons, etc., in accordance with their extant reservation policy.

CTET Certificate and Scorecard – Validity

CBSE will provide Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) mark sheets to all the appeared candidates and eligibility certificates to successful candidates in Digital Format in their DigiLocker account. The mark sheets and eligibility certificates will be digitally signed and will be legally valid.

 

 

The mark sheets and eligibility certificates will also contain an encrypted QR Code to enhance security. The QR code can be scanned and verified using the DigiLocker mobile app. The DigiLocker accounts of all present candidates will be created and the account credentials will be conveyed to the candidates on their mobile numbers registered with CBSE. The candidates will be able to download their digital mark sheet and eligibility certificates using the communicated credentials.

 

 

The Validity Period of the CTET qualifying certificate for appointment will be for a lifetime for all categories. There is no restriction on the number of attempts a person can take for acquiring a CTET Certificate. A person who has qualified for CTET may also appear again for improving his/her score.

How to check CTET Results 2023?

CTET Result will be declared online. Candidates will be able to check the same from the official website after logging in using the application registration credentials. Here are some simple steps to check the result. Links are also mentioned in the next section.

  1. Visit the official website ctet.nic.in
  2. Under the notification section click the link ” CTET Result 2023″.
  3. the candidate will be directed towards the login page.
  4. Candidate should enter the login details like CTET roll number and password.
  5. Once logged in, a candidate will be presented with the marks scored in the exam.
  6. The candidate should take a printout of the result for future reference.
  7. In case of any issue, while checking the result, the candidate can reach out to the recruitment authority.
