It is to be noted that the CTET 2022 is held twice a year and the CTET Application Form 2022 that is going to release will be in July 2022. CTET 2022 Exam
Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is conducted twice a year by CBSE at the national level for determining the eligibility of candidates for teacher posts for Classes 1 to 8 in Central Government Schools such as NVS/KVS and other Schools etc. CTET Exam was previously conducted in offline mode, now CBSE will schedule CTET 2022 for online mode (CBT test). The validity of CTET has been extended for a lifetime period. States that do not conduct TET Exam select candidates through CTET Examination.CTET 2022 Notification OUT
CTET Notification 2022
The official CTET Notification for CTET 2022 July exam is expected to be released in June 2022 by CBSE at the official website www.ctet.nic.in. The online application link for CTET 2022 exam will be active post-release of the official CTET notification. CTET 2022 Exam Dates
CTET exam is conducted by CBSE Board twice every year. First in the month of July and second in the month of December every year. This year the CTET July 2022 Session is getting delayed. However, the expected dates of the CTET 2022 exam are given above in the table. The CTET Exam 2022 Confirmation Dates will be updated here once the CTET Notification 2022 PDF is released on the official website.
CTET Exam Pattern 2022
The ctet exam is organized on the basis of the syllabus prescribed by the CBSE Board. The CTET syllabus consists of important topics from Paper-I (Classes 1 to 5) and Paper-II (Classes 6 to 8).
The CTET Paper I syllabus consists of the subjects of Child Development and Pedagogy, Language-I, Language-II, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies. The Paper-II syllabus consists of the subjects of Child Development and Pedagogy, Language-I, Language-II, Mathematics, and Science or Social Studies/Social Science.
CTET 2022 Exam Pattern for Paper 1
Paper I of the ctet exam consists of five sections. The total mark for this paper is 150. Each question is of 1 mark. There is no negative marking for wrong answers. Candidates must have secured at least 60% marks to qualify for this paper. The time duration of the paper is 2 hours 30 minutes.

CTET Paper 2 Eligibility Criteria
In order to be eligible for CTET Paper 2, or for the candidate who wants to apply for both the sessions, the eligibility criteria the candidate is supposed to meet are as follows:-
- A Bachelor’s degree in any subject is needed along with a two-year diploma in the field of elementary education, either in last year or completed D.Ed, OR
- Passed graduation with averagely 50% marks in aggregate and pursuing B.Ed (first year), OR
- Passed graduation with averagely 45% marks in aggregate and pursuing B.Ed (first year) according to the regulations of NCTE, OR
- Securing minimum 50% marks in aggregate in graduation and either pursuing or completed B.Ed in Special Education (one year), OR
- Securing minimum 50% marks in aggregate in 10+2 and either pursuing or completing B.El.Ed (or) pursuing or completing BA/BSc.Ed.
